A: Yes, our Nurse Practitioners have prescriptive authority, however, we do closely monitor narcotics.

A: In order to ensure proper billing, we do request that you bring your insurance card, as well as a current government-issued photo ID. If you are bringing in a child for a well child check, current vaccination records are also helpful.

A: We are open Monday thru Thursday from 8am-5pm, Friday from 8am-1pm. Closed on Saturday and Sunday. We are closed for lunch daily from 1pm-1:30 pm
