 Philicia is the Owner of YourCARE Yukon, she is a native Oklahoman who began her healthcare career in 1991. She has held multiple clinical and administrative positions in her tenure. Philicia holds dual Board Certifications as a Family and Adult Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in emergency, pediatric, hospital and primary care.  She has had a passion for treating opioid use disorder as well as primary care services. Philicia holds a Masters of Nursing (MSN) degree from Midwestern University and has been in advanced practice for more than seventeen years. She received training and spent three years working as a Nurse Practitioner in a busy pediatric practice in Oklahoma City. She quickly went into independent practice as a Nurse Practitioner in family practice at a convenient care location in OKC.  After seeing a growing need for such clinics, Philicia pursued opening her own clinic in Yukon, OK in 2010 and has had an overwhelming successful clinic. She has also worked as an acute care hospitalist and most recently has been providing opioid use disorder treatment. It has been Philicia's desire to meet the healthcare needs of citizens of Yukon while providing competent affordable quality care for all ages.
