Philicia Groves, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, AGACNP-C
Philicia, the owner of YourCARE Yukon, is a native Oklahoman with a healthcare career spanning over three decades. Since beginning her journey in 1991, she has held various clinical and administrative roles.
Board-certified as both a Family and Adult-Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, Philicia has a strong background in emergency medicine, pediatrics, hospital care, and primary care. She is especially passionate about treating opioid use disorder and providing comprehensive primary care services.
She earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Midwestern University and has been in advanced practice for over 17 years. Her experience includes three years in a busy pediatric practice in Oklahoma City, followed by independent practice at a family-focused convenient care clinic in OKC. Recognizing a growing need for accessible healthcare, she opened YourCARE Yukon in 2010, establishing a highly successful clinic dedicated to serving the community.
Beyond primary care, Philicia has worked as an acute care hospitalist and has recently focused on opioid use disorder treatment and hormone replacement therapy. She is deeply committed to the overall wellness of the community and takes pride in helping individuals become the healthiest, best versions of themselves. Her mission remains clear: to provide high-quality, affordable healthcare to individuals of all ages in Yukon while fostering a culture of well-being and empowerment.
