Philicia Groves, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, AGACNP-C
Philicia, a proud Oklahoman and founder of YourCARE Yukon, brings over 30 years of healthcare experience to the community. Since beginning her career in 1991, she has served in a variety of clinical and administrative roles, blending expertise with compassion in every aspect of care.
A board-certified Family and Adult-Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, Philicia’s background spans emergency medicine, pediatrics, hospital care, and primary care. She is especially passionate about treating opioid use disorder, hormone replacement therapy, and promoting overall wellness.
After earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Midwestern University, Philicia spent years in both pediatric and family-focused practices before opening YourCARE Yukon in 2010. Her goal was simple yet powerful—to make high-quality, affordable healthcare accessible to all.
Today, Philicia continues to lead with dedication, helping individuals of all ages become the healthiest, best versions of themselves through compassionate, personalized care.
